Mrs. Perry’s teaching philosophy focuses on the fact that not all students learn the same way. Mrs. Stephanie Silva

She worked at a before and after care program for six years where she fell in love with guiding children through homework to see that end result and "the lightbulb". Mrs. Silva's classroom philosophy is that children all learn at different paces and in different ways and the teacher must reveal those differences to reach each student in the class. This way every single student learns the material in the way that God designed them.
Mrs. Silva has a very supportive family as well as a loving group of friends. She is very active on her time off. She loves swimming, running, volleyball, and hiking. But she also finds time to relax, read, and watch her favorite TV shows. She married Jeremiah Silva in 2015.
